The programme
NOWPayments mandated Staynex for its internal team travel to TOKEN2049 Singapore, a full event-week programme spanning multiple hotels and multiple travellers. Bookings averaged approximately seven nights.

The case study sets out a six-step operating model, from a single briefing through AI curation, concierge confirmation, crypto checkout, in-stay support and post-event reconciliation. Every stay was paid in crypto through the integrated NOWPayments checkout using a single payment link, removing FX conversion and card declines.

Measured results
The case study records a 100% completion rate, with all 21 bookings closed on the Staynex and Sleap platform and zero failed crypto checkouts. Estimated savings against equivalent mainstream OTA pricing were approximately 10%, or roughly US$10,000 in avoided cost on the same inventory and stay pattern. Settlement was instant through NOWPayments, through the integrated checkout with simply a payment link, compared with typical T+2 to T+3 cycles on card rails. Single-stack ownership from briefing through reconciliation produced no mid-programme booking failures.

The programme ran on the wider ChangeNOW ecosystem stack. What follows
Under the strategic partnership, the two companies have committed to joint go-to-market activity including a co-branded booking site, a product integration roadmap bringing NOWPayments mass payouts, crypto payments, subscriptions, custody and treasury tools deeper into the Staynex and Sleap stack, and a transparent revenue-share model on completed bookings.
