BID REQUEST – FCFC AUDIT

PUBLIC NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Franklin County Fiscal Court is requesting sealed bids for audit services for fiscal year ended 6/30/26.

Five copies of the bid must be submitted to the Franklin County Fiscal Court, 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601, Attention: Michael Mueller Judge/Executive, no later than 3:00 PM ET, 2:00 PM CT, on September 3, 2026. All bids shall be clearly marked “BID – FCFC AUDIT”. Submittal of the bids received after the specified date and time will be rejected as not conforming to the advertisement requests. Bids received will be opened at 3:05 PM ET, 2:05 PM CT, on September 3, 2026 in the Franklin County Fiscal Court, 321 West main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601.

The County, at its discretion, and unless otherwise prohibited by law, may provide a 5% price advantage to Local Qualified Vendors. Local Qualified Vendors are those vendors who: have their principal place of business located in Franklin County, Kentucky, and who are licensed and in good standing with all local, state and federal licensing requirements. Such qualified vendors submitting bids which are 5% higher than other competing bids may be considered low bids.
